‘I got shot at’ – jury in murder trial hears recording of fatally wounded father-of four during emergency services call
A jury has heard a recording of a fatally wounded father-of four telling emergency services “I got shot at,” minutes after a bullet fired by barrister Diarmuid Phelan hit him in the head.
Members of Keith Conlon’s family left the Central Criminal Court in tears as audio of his brief conversation with a 999 operator was played in Mr Phelan’s trial for his murder.
