Senior Kinahan cartel lieutenant Sean McGovern has been arrested in Dubai for extradition back to Ireland over the murder of Noel ‘Duck Egg’ Kirwan and other criminal offences.
The Irish Independent can reveal that McGovern was arrested at around 2am Irish time at his home in Dubai and is currently in custody in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
