Gardaí have smashed a major international drug trafficking operation with the seizure of cocaine with a value in the region of €7 million from a rural Wexford farmyard.

Gardaí from the National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau swooped on a property in the Kilmuckridge area of Co Wexford near Gorey on Monday morning on foot of a long and painstaking surveillance and intelligence operation.
