Man (50s) arrested after woman’s (40s) body found in Co Derry house

A man in his 40s has been arrested after the body of a woman in her 50s was discovered at her home in Magherafelt, Co Derry.
Police officers responding to a report discovered the woman’s unresponsive body in Ashgrove Park on Sunday.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man who was arrested in connection with the investigation remains in custody at this time, assisting with enquiries.
Police said there are no further details at present.
