The family of a young Carlow girl born with a rare condition say they feel “overlooked” by the Irish healthcare system as they are forced to travel abroad to access urgent medical treatment.
Roxanne Kelly (6) was born on May 20, 2018 with a rare condition called Arthrogryposis which severely impacts her physical movement. She also suffers with scoliosis.
