Gardai seize €75k, three vehicles and ‘large amount’ of designer watches in Galway raid
Two bank accounts, both within and outside the jurisdiction, with cash and cryptocurrency valued in excess of €990,000 were frozen under Money Laundering legislation

Grardai have seized €75,000 cash, three vehicles including a Tiguan jeep, Audi A5 car and a Ford Transit van as well as a “large amount” of designer watches and multiple electronic devices in Galway.
Searches were carried out in Tuam and in Moycullen as part of an operation targeting organised criminal activity in the Galway Division.
