Investigations are currently under way in Co Kilkenny following the death of a young man.
Gardaí and emergency services were alerted to an incident in Freshford, Co Kilkenny yesterday afternoon Thursday June 27.
A male youth, in his teens, later died at the scene.
The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) has been notified of the incident and is conducting its own investigation.
