Sinn Féin has again become the most popular political party, while just 28pc of voters surveyed are satisfied with Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael forming a coalition with the Regional Independent group, a new poll shows.
The latest Irish Times/Ipsos B&A opinion poll is the first since the coalition took office and shows two-thirds of voters appear to be unimpressed by the agreement Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael struck with Independent TD Michael Lowry.
Sinn Féin has seen support increase to 26pc (+6) and Fianna Fáil has seen a marginal one point gain to reach 22pc, while Fine Gael has slipped three points to 16pc.
The comparisons are with the last poll before the general election in November 2024.
