Today will bring some heavy showers as Met Éireann forecasts cooler temperatures and unsettled conditions for the week.
This morning will see some heavy showers in east Munster and south Leinster, which will later clear. Showers in the west of the country will spread eastwards in the early afternoon, some heavy with a chance of hail and thunder. Highest temperatures will range from 10 to 12 degrees.
