Given his success as a comedian, actor, and podcast host, Willa White is a natural storyteller, and his own life story is a tale worth hearing.
On the outside looking in, the young Willa had a perfectly normal and carefree life, but behind closed doors, violence and fear filled the household.
Desperate to escape, he began taking drugs at a starkly young age before fleeing to the UK in search of a new life at the age of 16.
Rather than provide a straight and narrow path, London only furthered Willa’s descent into drug addiction and petty crime.
Prison was inevitable, and it became something of a revolving door. Over the years, Willa grew intimately familiar with his confines, but it was inside those walls that he somehow, against all odds, found his way out.
