The Commercial Court has set aside an injunction preventing a receiver taking possession of or selling dancer Michael Flatley’s Cork mansion.

Mr Justice Mark Sanfey on Friday formally made the order setting aside the injunction obtained by Mr Flatley and his company Blackbird Productions Ltd after the court was told earlier this week that a €6.9m debt secured on the value of the Castlehyde property in Fermoy had been redeemed.
