Famous Dublin pub goes on sale with €4.25m price tag


One of Dublin’s best-known pubs, Peter’s Pub, has come to market after being owned and operated by the same family for nearly half a century.
Located at Johnson Place, at the end of South William Street, the venue is less than 200 metres from Grafton Street and 400 metres south of Temple Bar.
It is going to market with a price tag of €4.25m.

Agents Lisney said it’s a “once in a lifetime opportunity” to acquire the pub which is both nationally and internationally renowned and is for sale as a going concern by private treaty.
The premises has been a pub since the 1700s and has been run as Peter’s Pub by Enda Keogh of the Keogh family for the past 50 years.
Mr Keogh is to retire following a lifetime working in the pub trade.
