Man (20s) killed in Co Meath car crash overnight

A man in his twenties has died in a car crash in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred at Oldcastle, Co Meath at approximately 2.20am.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of the fatal road traffic collision, which involved a single vehicle at Boolies, Oldcastle, Co. Meath.
The sole occupant of the car, a man in his twenties, was pronounced deceased at the scene a short time later.
The road is currently closed with local diversions in place and Garda Forensic Collision Investigators have been notified.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward.
