Judge throws out €60,000 damages case against Dublin Bus relating to accident 19 years ago

A judge has thrown out a €60,000 damages claim against Dublin Bus relating to an accident in which a four-year-old boy was seriously injured – 19 years ago.
Judge Terence O’Sullivan said in the Circuit Civil Court that while he considered the delay to be inordinate and inexcusable, he was not dismissing the claim for that reason.
