Similar conditions are expected overnight, with dry weather, mist, fog and possible patchy drizzle in places.
More rain will move into northwestern areas later at night, with temperatures dropping to 6 and 9C.
Meanwhile, tomorrow morning will bring outbreaks of rain to the northern and western areas but they will gradually sink southeastwards during the day.
Munster and Leinster will see minimal rainfall amounts while some areas are likely to stay dry but cloudy.
