Starts on O’Connell Street, Sunday 30th March
A new event on the running calendar, the Dublin City Half Marathon, will take place next year on Sunday, 30 March.
Dublin Marathon organisers, in partnership with Dublin City Council, have come together to stage the race, which will start on O’Connell Street. The course will take runners out of the north of the city and will finish back in the city centre.
The route will go through Ballybough, Whitehall, Killester, Howth Road, Raheny, St Anne’s Park, Clontarf, Fairview Park and Seville Place.
Entries will open on Wednesday, January 8th, 2025, at 12pm
*The half marathon in the Phoenix Park, which is part of the Dublin Race Series building up to the Dublin Marathon in October, will proceed as usual on 21 September.
