A High Court judge has warned warring neighbours about the spiralling costs of their legal dispute, with an expensive three-day hearing looming next month.

Paul Tully and his wife Mary are challenging a circuit court order that they pay tens of thousands of euro in damages to their neighbours, Gary Delaney and Denise Doorley.
