Double murderer Frank McCann has been refused his latest application for freedom after spending nearly 30 years behind bars for killing his wife and foster daughter when he torched their house in 1992.
This was McCann’s sixth parole bid which was being vigorously opposed by his wife Esther’s family and members of his own family.
