Presented by Fluttertone, champions of independent music in Ireland for nearly a decade, BASED is all about breaking down barriers and providing a platform for young talent. As Fluttertone’s director, Colm, says, “I’ve seen so much talent from bands that can’t get opportunities because they’re not 18.” This festival isn’t just a show—it’s a movement, providing a safe space for young artists and fans to connect with live music.
