TikTok has become a popular space for young women to explore their role on the farm and showcase their experiences

Women in farming have had a great year — at least on TikTok, that is. The social media platform has seen a growing presence of Irish women in farming,and they have a big fanbase flocking to them.

“#FarmTok has long showcased the diverse aspects of rural life, and 2024 saw content from young, Irish female creators take centre stage,” said a spokesperson from TikTok.
