A Dublin criminal waiting to be sentenced for a firearm offence by the Special Criminal Court is “anxious” to move prisons after witnessing a murder.

Eric O’Driscoll (22), from Finglas, appeared before the non-jury court this morning to be sentenced for possessing an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle in 2022.
