Man (20s) seriously injured in single-vehicle collision in Co Kerry
A man aged in his 20s has been seriously injured in a road traffic collision in Co Kerry.
Gardaí and emergency services responded to a single-vehicle collision involving a van on a local road at Killurly, Ballinskelligs, Co Kerry, at approximately 2am on Sunday.
The driver was transported by ambulance to the University Hospital Kerry.
Two other occupants of the van were assessed at the scene but did not require hospital treatment.
Local traffic diversions are currently in place as the scene of the collision remains preserved for examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to this collision to contact them.
