As a food lover always up for something new, I went shopping at Blanchardstown Centre in Dublin 15 with some friends. Our plan? Check out the recently rebranded restaurant “Kaizen.” Previously known as “Ming Court,” this place had been under renovation for months, building up our excitement.

We couldn’t wait to see the transformation, and it didn’t disappoint!
